The team at the gardenlightshop have always tried extremely hard to provide our customers with a high service level from the initial planning and designing stage through to the after sales care, and hope you found the process easy and straight forward.
As the owner of the business, I believe it's very important to hear what our customers think about us; the service they have received, the products they have purchased and what we could do to improve. However, I need your help to achieve this.
I have recently joined an independent global review service called Reviews.io, you may have seen their name pop up with other online retailers. Their job is to give all our customers the opportunity to have their say, whether you have ordered online, over the phone or in store. So if you think we have provided excellent customer service or maybe you think we could have done a bit more, then please take the time to give us a review so we can do better next time.

I am proud and pleased to say that in the first six weeks of using Reviews.io, we have achieved both service and product ratings of 4.9 out of 5. Hopefully this is a sign that we are doing plenty right, but more reviews the better. It would be great if you could also include in the review some images of the finished project.
