Good Old Fashioned Service?

Service is the most important thing to the Garden Light Shop. We work hard every day of every week to make sure we give all our clients the highest possible level of service. We do no think Service is a dirty word, we do not think our clients should wait for replies to emails, service requests  or the order to be delivered! We are not a company that simply "drop ships" your order from another company, we actually hold stock, lots of stock here in the UK. This means we can ship via a quality, next working day courier so you can get started on the fun part. 

We are not simply selling boxes off our shelves, we are selling a system that a lot of the time needs our help, before, during and after the purchase. We offer a free cable planning service (normally turned around in a couple of hours), which is always backed up with a full itemised quotation,  full technical information and after sales service for the duration for the warranty on the range you have purchased. 

We will always respond to your emails and telephone calls quickly and help you with whatever you need to transform your outdoor space. 

Yes, you can buy cheaper garden lighting from other companies, you might even get a 2 year warranty on them, but buying from us gives you so much more. We only sell garden lighting, so if we cannot do that well, we would not be in our 30th year of successful trading.  

Warranty Update

1st April 2023 saw a change to the warranty periods for the ranges we offer. Don't worry as they are getting better. 

Ludeco Lighting - 2 Years 

Garden Lights range - 5 years 

Lightpro range - 6 years 

These warranties apply to complete systems purchased. They are all industry leading warranties that hopefully show that we are confident that the product will last well in your garden. Techmar, the producer of these great brands has been specialising in only garden lighting for over 20 years, so they really know what they are doing. 

Showroom 

We also have the only Techmar based showroom in the UK. Based in Camberley, Surrey (2 minutes from Junction 4 M3), we have all the lights on show working so you can see how bright they are, how big and which ones you like. We have an appointment system for clients coming into the showroom, as we want to give everyone quality time to discuss all the available options.
